Every hour, organizations are pouring time, talent, and money into meetings. Prospecting calls, customer success check-ins, candidate interviews, scrums, retros, project stand-ups. Each one is chock-full of knowledge, and most of that knowledge evaporates the moment the call ends.
That’s where Conversations to Conversions comes in.
We’re building a Go-to-Market AI engine that turns unstructured conversations into structured outcomes:
- Sentiment signals that alert you when a customer’s confidence is slipping
- Action items that flow straight into your project plan
- Risk alerts that surface before they derail delivery
- Retrospective accountability that keeps teams honest and aligned
- Training material that captures the best coaching moments for onboarding
- Marketing ideas that spotlight quotes, stories, and wins that deserve to be shared
Cortado Group is building a Go-to-Market AI system that ensures no conversation goes to waste. Every call has intrinsic value - for sales, for product, for marketing, for culture.
And that’s the mission of this series: to show, week by week, how AI transforms the everyday conversations of your business into the conversions that drive growth.
Welcome to the conversation.
New Feature: Marketing Idea Goldmining
Most companies are sitting on a goldmine of knowledge - and letting it slip away.
If you’re not recording and mining your meetings, every breakthrough, every customer insight, every training moment is gone the second the call ends.
The truth? Most teams aren’t capturing transcripts at all. And even fewer are turning them into value: sales training, help desk KBs, product feedback, customer sentiment. That’s thousands of dollars lost in every one-hour meeting.
We just changed that.
Our new Marketing Ideas feature surfaces the quotes, stories, and flashes of brilliance hidden in transcripts and puts them front and center. Blog posts. Customer win stories. Sales messaging. Social content. Ready to go.
Your meetings aren’t just calls anymore. They’re fuel for growth.
Adaptive AI in Action: Frictionless User Signals
This week we went beyond adding features - we built a frictionless feedback engine.
We shipped soft-delete + publish workflows across:
- Project action items
- Identified Project risks
- Marketing ideas
And soon: training development, where users choose which AI-generated elements make it into the course creation wizard.
The mechanics are fairly simple:
- Soft-delete near creation = signal that idea/action/risk was low-value.
- Publish to Asana (or accept into training) = signal it was high-value.
- Action logs = record every delete and publish - plus the full agent context down to version, training, instructions, prompts, and knowledge files used to generate it.
This matters because:
- Friction prevents participation. If giving feedback is hard, people won’t do it.
- AI systems need to learn to be useful. Without a memory of past choices and their lineage, they can’t improve.
We’re not logging actions for compliance or vanity metrics. We’re logging them to teach the model what actually matters, in context. If an idea was deleted, we can ask why that agent, with that prompt, using that knowledge, produced something discardable. If it was published, we can amplify that path.
That’s the foundation of a true learning flywheel - a system that doesn’t just output content, but gets sharper with every decision.
